Natural Honey Collection
Our bees fly more than 22,000 kilometres to collect the nectar required for each 250 gram jar of our premium honey. The colour, flavour and aroma of our natural honey comes from the variety of plants that provide bees with the nectar they so love. Our lucky bees enjoy raspberry, heather, blueberry, lingonberry, white and pink clover, and in some years even linden.
A creamy texture achieved by carefully mixing the honey when it starts to crystallize, resulting in a luxurious spread that tastes like white chocolate and feels like light cappuccino foam. This honey pairs beautifully with crusty bread, warm apple pie and pecan ice cream.
