These chocolate bars are made in partnership with Mokkapuu ā a small chocolatier from Kustavi, Finland. Mokkapuu was established by Tuomas and his spouse Tanja in 2014 and they offer a wide range of chocolates that are gluten, dairy and soy free. The production takes place in small batches and the chocolates are tempered traditionally by hand to ensure a smooth coating and a crisp, satisfying snap when you bite into it.
